Character Replacement
A collection of models, adapters, workflows, scripts, runtime integrations, and technical reports for character replacement. The layout supports different architectures, methods, modalities, and runtimes. Compatibility and licensing are recorded per artifact.
Available artifacts
| Family / group | Artifacts | Runtime | Documentation |
|---|---|---|---|
| MiniMax H3 / Viggle delta | Rank 128, 256, and 512 LoRAs with auxiliary temporal-conditioning deltas | ComfyUI | Setup and results |
For the initial H3 release, rank 512 gave the highest similarity to the full Viggle checkpoint on the local validation clip. Each rank has matching GUI and API workflows. The special temporal-table loader is included; use it before the existing DMD LoRA.
Completed experiments
MiniMax H3 Character Replacement research, 2026-10-14 records 166 executions, native/LoRA/reference ablations, Qwen and Klein prepaint, BFS head/body experiments, frozen validation/holdout, performance and replay. It includes negative results and limits: no universally stable replacement was found, and the extraction pixel-similarity scores above do not establish FaceID or preservation of clothing, accessories and interactions. Reports, configurations, numerical metrics and code are published under experiments/; private media and weights are excluded from the experiment package. Public model URLs, revisions and hashes are recorded.
