DDS AI Project Assistant

A Generative AI project assistant powered by OpenAI GPT.

Setup Instructions

Local Development

  1. Clone the repository
  2. Create a .env file with your OpenAI API key:
    OPENAI_API_KEY=your-api-key-here
  3. Install dependencies:
    pip install -r requirements.txt
  4. Run the app:
    python app.py

Hugging Face Spaces Deployment

  1. Create a new Space on Hugging Face
  2. Choose "Gradio" as the SDK
  3. Add your OpenAI API key as a secret:
    • Go to Settings > Repository Secrets
    • Add OPENAI_API_KEY with your API key
  4. Upload the following files:
    • app_hf.py (rename to app.py in Spaces)
    • ai_wrapper.py
    • requirements.txt
